At Hyalolex, your satisfaction with our products is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item please contact us within 10 days of delivery to receive a full refund. We will happily cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that Hyalolex is not responsible for and cannot provide replacement orders, should an international order be lost or held by customs.
